Slim lid, slow cooker lid or convection chimney

You can choose between the 'Slim' lid which is used to protect the barbecue from the elements but not for cooking, or the 'Slow Cooking' lid for grilling for hours while controlling the temperature thanks to the built-in temperature sensor, or our convection chimney which makes combustion more efficient and clears the cooking area of smoke.

Designed, manufactured and assembled in Spain with top quality materials.

A traditional 4-burner barbecue like the 'Karmen Classic' usually weighs 15 to 20kg. Our Multifunction barbecue weighs 62Kg, imagine the quality of the components and the material used. It has 3 double burners of 21KW (75BTU), it is suitable for butane, propane or town gas. It has self-ignition and grease and oil channelling systems with an extractor tray.

easy-to-clean grease drainage system

Our barbecues incorporate a specially designed grease channelling system to keep the interior clean and facilitate waste collection. The grease generated during cooking slides efficiently into a removable tray, made of stainless steel, which is discreetly integrated under the cooking area. This system prevents build-up, improves hygiene and prolongs the life of the barbecue. In addition, the tray can be removed with a single gesture, allowing quick and effortless cleaning.
